Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?

Can you add an online form to my existing site?
Yes. A redesign is a good time to add forms for quotes, applications or memberships. One of our first projects was a makeover for a sportsmen's club that added an online membership application.
Does my old site stay up while you work?
Yes. You review the new site on a preview link. Your current site stays live until you're happy and we switch the domain over.
