Do I have to sign a contract?
No. HollerWeb doesn't do long-term contracts. If you're not happy, you can leave whenever you want.
How much does a website cost?
Every client gets the same website and the same service. The plan you pick decides how much SEO work goes in each month: Essentials is $249 a month, Growth is $349 a month and Pro is $449 a month. There's no setup fee. You pay your first month up front, and there's no long-term contract.
Do you work with businesses in other states?
Yes. HollerWeb works with small businesses anywhere in the United States. You review your site on a preview link from your own phone or computer, and everything else happens by phone and email.
Is HollerWeb the same company as Holler Web Design?
No. HollerWeb (hollerweb.com) is a separate company. We’re based in Kentucky, founded in 2025 by Eric, and we’re not connected to Holler Web Design in West Jefferson, North Carolina, Holler Digital, or any other company with “Holler” in its name. Our plans are $249, $349 and $449 a month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses, mostly in the trades and services: HVAC, water damage restoration, flooring, and clubs and associations, among others. We've worked with everything from a crew of 3 people to businesses with multiple locations.
Can you fix my existing website instead of building a new one?
Yes. We do website makeovers that keep what's working, add what's missing and set up redirects to protect the Google traffic your old pages earned.
What does SEO actually include?
For a small business it means your website clearly says what you do and where, every page has a proper title, description and headings, your name and phone number match everywhere, your Google Business Profile is complete, and the code behind your site describes your business correctly to Google.
Who owns my domain name?
You do. Your domain stays registered in your name. If you'd rather we buy and manage it for you, we can, and we'll transfer it to you anytime you ask.
Will you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. We set it up or claim it on your own Google account, so you own it, and fill it out with the right category, your service areas, your real hours and a factual description.
Do you write the words on my website?
Yes. We write the pages from what you tell us. We never make up reviews, ratings, years in business or credentials. If we're missing a fact, we ask you for it.
How do customers contact me through the website?
Every page has a tap-to-call button, and the contact form sends quote requests straight to your email with spam protection built in.
Where is my website hosted?
We host the sites we build on Cloudflare, which serves your pages from servers close to your visitors so they load quickly.
